1. Services Offered

Magic Hands Harmony Massage Therapy, located in Marylebone, Central London, provides professional treatments including Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage, Thai Table Massage, and Hot Bamboo Massage.

Important: We provide professional massage therapy only. No inappropriate or sexual services are offered or tolerated.

Appointments Only: All sessions must be booked via our official website. Walk-ins are not accepted.

2. Health & Safety

  • Consultation: All clients must complete a health consultation form before their first appointment.

  • Medical Disclosure: Clients must inform the therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or recent surgeries.

  • Contraindications: Massage may not be suitable for certain conditions (e.g., fever, infectious diseases, thrombosis, fractures, severe skin conditions). The therapist reserves the right to decline treatment if it may compromise client safety.

  • Hygiene: Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene. Therapists follow strict hygiene protocols, including sanitising equipment and using fresh linens for each session.

  • Infectious Illness: Clients experiencing symptoms of contagious illness (e.g., flu, COVID19, skin infections) must reschedule their appointment.

  • Therapist Safety: Any behaviour that compromises therapist safety will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future bookings.

  • Emergency Situations: In the event of a medical emergency during treatment, appropriate first aid will be administered and emergency services contacted if required.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through our website booking system.

  • Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early to relax before your session.

  • Cancellation Policy: 6 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

4. Payment

  • Payment is due at booking or after your session.

  • We accept cash, card, and online transfer.

  • Prices are listed on our website and updated regularly.

5. Client Conduct

  • Respectful behaviour is expected at all times.

  • Any inappropriate requests or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session, full charge applied, and refusal of future bookings.
